Savoca Capital was founded to solve a straightforward problem: international clients want UK property, and the professionals who advise them rarely want to manage the UK side of the transaction.
Working directly with UK developers on off-plan and new-build schemes, Jordan built the firm around relationships rather than listings, taking each opportunity apart before it is put in front of a partner or a buyer.
