Founder, Savoca Capital
Savoca Capital was founded to solve a straightforward problem: international clients want UK property, and the professionals who advise them rarely want to manage the UK side of the transaction.
Working directly with UK developers on off-plan and new-build schemes, Jordan built the firm around relationships rather than listings. Each opportunity is taken apart before it is put in front of a partner or a buyer: the location, the developer, the pricing and the terms.
Today Savoca Capital works with property professionals, investment advisers and introducers internationally, alongside private investors buying directly, with every introduction handled personally from Solihull.
