When you make an enquiry, request an investment pack, subscribe to updates or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and, where you provide it, your company and role.

We also collect the property and investment preferences you share with us, such as budget, preferred locations, property type, intended use (for example buy-to-let or owner occupation), purchase timescale, and whether you expect to purchase with cash or finance.

If you hold a partner or portal login, we record your account email and sign-in activity so we can secure and administer access. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies where you have consented to them.

To respond to your enquiry and understand what you are looking for; to send you details of property opportunities that may suit your stated preferences; to assess partner and developer applications; to administer portal accounts; to improve our website and services; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful bases are: your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), the performance of, or steps towards, a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where you enquire about a specific development or ask us to progress a purchase, we share the information necessary for that purpose with the relevant developer or vendor, and where you ask us to introduce them, with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, currency providers, lettings and management agents and other professional advisers.

Where you were introduced to us by an approved referral partner, we may confirm to that partner the status of your enquiry so that any agreed referral arrangement can be administered.

We do not sell your personal data. Any third party receiving your details will use them under their own privacy policy, and we recommend you read it.

With your consent, or where otherwise permitted by law, we may send you emails, calls, SMS or messaging-app updates about UK property opportunities, market insight and our services.

You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying to ask us to stop, or by emailing jordan@savocacapital.com. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us contacting you about an enquiry or transaction already in progress.

We advertise our services online. Where you consent, we use analytics and advertising technologies, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API.

These technologies set cookies or similar identifiers and may share limited information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you submitted an enquiry, with Google and Meta so that we can measure our advertising, build audiences and show you relevant adverts on their platforms and partner sites. Where we use conversion APIs, contact details we hold may be shared in a hashed (pseudonymised) form solely for matching purposes.

We use trusted providers to run our business, including website hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication services, email delivery and transactional email providers, customer relationship and enquiry management tools, and analytics and advertising platforms.

These providers process personal data on our instructions under written terms. Some may process data outside the UK or EEA; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last meaningful contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them for longer.

Where a transaction proceeds, we keep records relating to that transaction for at least six years to meet legal, tax, anti-money-laundering and professional obligations. Marketing consent records and suppression lists are kept for as long as needed to honour your preferences. Portal account records are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing (including objecting to direct marketing at any time), to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
