If you hold a partner login, we also record your account email and sign-in activity so we can secure and administer portfolio access.

To respond to your enquiry, to assess partner applications, to provide information on property opportunities, and to administer partner portal accounts. We do not sell your data.

Where you are introduced to a developer, solicitor or finance professional as part of a transaction, we share only the information required for that introduction, and only with your knowledge.

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you and to meet legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jordan@savocacapital.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
